Our purchasing stance
For all consultancy services we support the GIBIT 2023 purchasing conditions (Gemeentelijke Inkoopvoorwaarden bij IT). As a partner to many public organisations, we aim to start quickly and flexibly — accepting your purchasing conditions is one way to do that.
We can agree exceptions to GIBIT 2023 when both parties want them. For some solutions we propose adjustments so vendor or producer terms can be aligned with your GIBIT 2023 set. See exceptions below (“the fine print”).
GIBIT 2023
GIBIT is designed for ICT products and services procured by municipalities and affiliated organisations. GIBIT 2023 is the current version.

Cyber security awareness training
Partner licensing and usage rights may apply; always discussed and contracted upfront.
Software implementations
Third-party licence terms (e.g. GRC/ISMS vendors such as SMARTcontrols-related tooling) apply; shared transparently and aligned to GIBIT 2023 where needed.
Custom services
IP, liability and warranties agreed in writing as supplements to GIBIT 2023.
Note for ministries and provinces
GIBIT is municipal-oriented; for non-municipal clients we work with your applicable government purchasing framework and mirror the same transparency.
